Whole Estate Planning: aligning economic resilience, environmental stewardship and community engagement
Private estates across the UK are increasingly adopting Whole Estate Plans (WEPs) to create long-term, sustainable visions for their land.
We are delighted to be invite to Holker Hall where we will be presenting our holistic approach to Whole Estate Plans based upon the three core pillars of financial resilience, environmental stewardship and community engagement and the development of an underlying and all-encompassing vision.
We will be sharing our methodology and ability to create sustainably viable and growing estates that meet the needs and aspiration of all interested parties including national parks and local authorities.
A key element in the creation of a viable plan is a detailed Bio-Diversity Net gain strategy. Crosby Granger Architects will be supported at this event by CSX Carbon, a leading BNG provider who will share their approach and outline the intrinsic fiscal benefits and the longevity of a comprehensive BNG strategy.
The Agenda for the day will be as follows:

1040am – Presentation in the Main Hall:
-Introduction – Robert Frewen of the CLA
-The Whole Estate Plan – Chris Granger and Luke Jackson of Crosby Granger Architects
-Bio Diversity Net Gain Strategy – Andy Howard of CSX Carbon
1150am – A brief overview of Holker Estate followed by the option to look round the Hall and networking
